The official FUN month is speeding by. We have caught a glimpse of work from a number of Fun Makers through our feeds on Twitter and Facebook. However, we wanted to share some of their work here to inspire and delight our FUN readers.
We have looked forward to a daily splice of colour and pattern from Louise, who has been adding dashes, dots, stripes and strokes to a number of bases including sticks, logs, horses heads, rubber ducks and canvas.
We have tried to retweet each of Morgan’s (the original Dundee Fun Maker) daily #funaday tweets, which have given us an insight into the thoughts and fun activities that have made up her month so far.
#funaday #Dundee for today: feeling lucky and WORN OUT from making a ton of art. The flip is the long in-between ‘thinky’ part that I need 2

We loved the little worlds of positive thoughts that Kathryn created on a collection of leaves.

When we spotted Lauren’s wearable art it brightened up our day – her collection includes crazy cat faces, multi-coloured pinatas and bananatastic earrings.

We were lucky to have Tanya share her kisses with us, in our book kissing definitely equals fun and a kiss a day is a great way to start the year.

We have followed Steve’s adventures with Oor Wullie which have included a number of clay models, some painted buckets, t-shirts and photographs from around the city.
We have been amazed by the knitting powers of Alex, who has crafted wooly bananas, light bulbs, leaves, apples and words.

This is just a small selection of the work that has been created so far and we plan to write another update soon which highlights a few more fun makers – stay tuned.
